Our client manages the installations of Telecom Infrastructure for the Mobile Networks. Each project consists of hundreds of installations across the country. Each installation generates around 40 Key Milestones. This was all managed on Excel trackers. We built their bespoke Project Management App in the Cloud, so project managers have an easy to follow process and the senior management can track the status of all projects and thousands of milestones on their pey performance dashboard. Built in Salesforce Lightning, we have integrated mapping, calendars and image applications to bring create an amazing user interface on their project management application.
The Field Service
Our client is a building company but have ventured into Field Service Management. When an opportunity arose to tender for a contract to service local authority boilers they based their pitch on the technology they would use. We quickly developed a Project Management App and Mobile Application so that service engineers could view and complete their scheduled jobs on their tablets.
Insurance claims management
Our client manages insurance claims for residential properties as well as scheduling and completing repair work. Their claims management and scheduling software was forever crashing. Updating the software was complicated and maintenance of the system was high.
We built a project management tool to:
Process the claim
Provide a policyholder’s portal to track their claim
Take policy excess payments
Survey and estimate work
Automated agreements with electronic signatures to authorise work
Organise contractors and complete the schedule of works.
Before and after images are captured on the Mobile App and a final report compiled for the Insurance company. Customer Satisfaction surveys are sent to the client with scores being logged back in Salesforce.
The secret to running a successful restaurant chain is all in the numbers. We imported 20 years’ worth of historical Excel data into Salesforce, along with an App to manage day to day covers, sales, purchasing and staff records. Management insights give clarity as soon as corrective action is required. This has led to huge productivity improvements, eliminated paper reports, and saved many hours of staff time, both in the restaurants and back in the head office.
